Overview

The 6th Annual Phoenix Fashion Week is the leading fashion industry event in Arizona. Our Mission is to bridge national and international designers with retailers, boutiques, fashionistas, and the fashion media, throughout the world. The 3 day fashion event will showcase Holiday 2010 and Spring 2011 collections with 35 designer runway shows, trunk sales, statewide retail events, fashion workshops parties.

Phoenix Fashion Week is dedicated to developing the Arizona fashion industry through Fashion, Humanity- benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure Phoenix with our celebrity FASHIONABLY PINK Show, presented by Dillard’s. Our educational fashion seminars and workshops led by top experts, are now on a year round schedule.

24 established designers, 10 emerging, and 6 accessory designers present prêt-a-porter, evening, resort collections, luxury sportswear, celebrity designer, high fashion swimwear, and fashionable accessories.

2010 Points of Interest

Phoenix Fashion Week is THE fashion resource for all things fashionable in our region. Sponsors and partners gain sales and exposure all year through our media relationships, social media on-line, at special events, and on marketing collateral. Over 200 designers have been invited to apply for34 fashion slots to showcase their brands this year.

We have over 400 boutiques and retailers in our network. We are launching our 3rd season of Phoenix Fashion Week TV. We anticipate 1,500 people per day totaling over 4,500 attendees for PHXFW and 100,000’s of marketing impressions on-line, on TV, and in print.

Notable 2009 Highlight

300% growth in attendance from 2008 and a total of 32 fashion shows.

Charitable Contribution

Phoenix Fashion Week also benefits Susan G. Komen for the Cure Phoenix, by kicking off the week with the FASHIONABLY PINK Celebrity Fashion Show. Each designer will design one outfit inspired by the color pink for the runway. The apparel will be worn by celebrities and breast cancer survivors, then auctioned off on fashion websites.
